Hi, I’m Ivelisse! I am a licensed and board certified Acupuncture Physician in Florida and Connecticut with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science & Psychology and a Master’s in Oriental Medicine. I am also a proud fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (ABORM)

I opened my first practice in Miami in 2009, treating general wellness (pain, weight-loss, men’s and women’s health) and cosmetic acupuncture. As my fascination with what acupuncture could do for fertility increased, DeJongh Acupuncture Clinic naturally grew into RUHE Fertility + Prenatal —a space dedicated to helping women and couples through every stage of fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care with an integrative and holistic approach.

After more than a decade in Miami, my family and I made the move to Trumbull, Connecticut, to plant new roots. Reopening RUHE here has been such a joyful new chapter—I feel so grateful to share my 17+ years of experience with this community. My hope is that RUHE becomes a welcoming place where women and families can find not only expert care, but also encouragement, hope, and healing on their journey to growing their families.
